Deepak Chahar was one of the most economical bowler in last IPL season. In 14 games that he played he took 13 wickets and maintained an economy rate of 7.61.

Lungi Ngidi did not have much opportunity last season. It is unlikely of him playing more matches even this season. Karn Sharma may be part of Playing XI. Last season he played 5 games and took 5 wickets.
